THE STORY

Mokkita is a genuine one-of-a-kind: a tiny-cherried, low-yielding plant found growing wild on a Garrido family farm back in 2004, genetically traced to a natural Bourbon x Geisha cross that exists nowhere else on earth. This lot comes off El Palomar-Cantera, one of the Garrido family's Boquete estates, dried slow as a natural to let that rare variety go full tropical. In the cup: lychee, pineapple, passionfruit, and muscat, with a syrupy texture and a long, sweet finish.
