DETAIL INFORMATION

We’re back with another massive cupping. This lineup is so big, we had to break it into three parts.

Feature 1: The Janson Deep Dive (Paris) The main event: a deep dive into Janson Estate. We have eight different Panama Geishas from this legendary farm, all roasted by Tanat Coffee (Paris). This is your chance to taste washed, natural, honey, and anaerobic lots right next to each other. It’s the perfect way to see how processing changes everything.

Feature 2: The European Titans (Stockholm & Amsterdam) Next, we're tasting our way through Europe's best. We'll cup a stunning Ethiopian Genji Challa and the famous El Casino Pink Bourbon from Standout (Stockholm). We'll also pour a flight of heavy hitting, experimental Colombian Geishas from Friedhat (Amsterdam).

Feature 3: The Colombia Collection We noticed all these roasters were obsessed with incredible Colombian coffee. It got us so excited that we decided to pull some extra gems from our own collection to cup alongside them. You'll get to taste rare lots from Prodigal, Yelei Lab, and Meow Coffee, right next to the killer selections from Friedhat and Standout. It’s a huge celebration of Colombia, all on one table.

This is easily one of the most complex and exciting tables we've ever put together. It's a deep dive into a legendary farm (WE LOVE JANSON GEISHAS SO MUCH) and a spotlight on an entire origin, all in one room.
