THE STORY

The Elora Station lot from Elto Coffee sits at 2,200–2,400 masl in Arbegona, Sidama — one of Ethiopia's highest growing zones, where extended cherry maturation allows sugars and acids to develop with exceptional refinement. Ripe cherries are sealed and fermented for 96 hours under precise temperature control, then partially depulped and slow-dried on raised African beds. In the cup: orange, white grape, red apple, and lemon, with bright citrus acidity and a clean, juicy finish.
