THE STORY
It's called 'The Last', and it goes out with a flourish. From Adaura's Finca Lorayne in El Santo, Boquete, this Geisha gets an extended fermentation, a clean wash, then a patient dry in a temperature-controlled dark room. Slow in, slow out, no shortcuts. In the cup: jasmine, honey, white peach, white tea, with a silky body and a long, delicate finish.
