THE STORY

AETHER is Finca Deborah's wildest experiment yet — ripe Geisha cherries sealed in steel tanks, flushed with argon (a heavier, steadier gas than CO₂) and left to ferment for 50 hours under tight pressure and temperature control. No interference, just pure Geisha character shining through. In the cup: blackberry, dried pineapple, and tropical fruit, with a silky texture and a clean, lingering finish.
