🇬🇹 Finca El Injerto – Rare Mocca Variety (Guatemala)
Yes — Mocca. One of the rarest coffee varieties in the world.
Tiny beans, explosive aromatics, and a flavour profile you simply don’t get anywhere else.
Seeing El Injerto Mocca on a cupping table is already rare — seeing multiple lots at a year-end cupping is something else entirely.

This is our final cupping of the year, and we’re treating it like a statement.
