Vol.10 is our first production cupping — every coffee on this table was sourced from green bean buyers we trust, and roasted by us, with care, to highlight what each lot is truly capable of.

No guest roasters. No collaborators. Just the coffees we believe in and our honest take on them.

We built the lineup around two questions: what does Geisha look like across Panama's finest farms, and what does 74158 become when you change nothing but the process?

1. Hacienda La Esmeralda (Panama)
LEON 3 BANC / Anaerobic Natural — sweet grape, peach, pineapple, white wine. The benchmark. Everything else earns its place next to it.

2. Finca Deborah (Panama)
Same Geisha trees. Same harvest. Two completely different outcomes:

• AETHER — Argon Maceration Washed — blackberry, dried pineapple, tropical fruit
• ARIL — Extended Natural CM Washed — floral, grape, prune, hawthorn

3. Alo Coffee (Ethiopia)
74158 from Safo Station, Bensa Sidama. Five processes, one station:

• Zero Washed — muscat, dried apricot, raspberry, orange
• Washed — peach, jasmine, mandarin
• 48hrs Hybrid Washed — jasmine, nectarine, blueberry, mandarin
• Mosto 96hrs Anaerobic — blueberry, pineapple, raspberry, grape, peach
• Natural — fruit candy, plum, peach

4. Elto Coffee (Ethiopia)
74158 Bona Station / Washed — citrus, lemon, blood orange. Precise and clean. The perfect contrast to close.

We are setting two cupping bowls for every coffee — so no one is waiting and everyone gets a proper go at every cup. Enough to fill up and feel good.
